The Extracta® Kit – Fecal DNA and RNA (MFZA) was developed for the automated extraction and purification of nucleic acids from fecal samples using various clinical and laboratory matrices, promoting high integration with laboratory workflows, process standardization, and significant productivity gains.
Based on magnetic bead technology and the principle of solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI), the kit enables the selective isolation of viral DNA and RNA with speed, high yield, and excellent reproducibility. With a 45-minute protocol (which may vary depending on the equipment), it ensures pure, inhibitor-free samples that are ready for applications such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and other molecular biology assays.
