The Extracta® Kit – Blood (DNA & HLA Typing) (MHLA) was developed for the automated extraction and purification of genomic DNA from blood samples, offering high performance, reliability, and standardization for molecular diagnostic applications, including HLA typing.
Based on silica-coated magnetic bead technology and the principle of nucleic acid affinity in high salt concentrations, the kit enables efficient DNA isolation with high yield and purity.With a 45-minute protocol (which may vary depending on the equipment), it ensures pure, inhibitor-free samples ready for applications such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and other molecular biology analyses.
