The Extracta® Animal Tissue DNA Kit (MTTD) was developed for the extraction and purification of genomic DNA from a wide variety of animal tissues, including challenging samples such as connective and bone tissues. The kit facilitates efficient lysis through chemical and enzymatic digestion, ensuring the integrity of the genetic material for high-sensitivity applications.
Based on magnetic microparticle technology and the principle of solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI), the system selectively isolates DNA, removing cellular contaminants and enzymatic inhibitors. With an optimized 45-minute protocol (which may vary depending on the equipment), it delivers samples ready for PCR, qPCR, genotyping, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and other advanced molecular biology analyses.
