The FluorQuant Kit – High Sensitivity dsDNA was developed for the highly sensitive and accurate quantification of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) by fluorescence, using fluorometer-type equipment. Ideal for samples with low DNA concentrations, the kit offers high accuracy and reproducibility, even at low levels of genetic material.
Based on selective detection technology, the assay delivers excellent performance even in the presence of common contaminants from extraction processes, such as salts, proteins, solvents, and detergents.
