The Extracta® Spin Kit – Viral DNA and RNA (CVXA) was developed for the manual extraction and purification of viral nucleic acids from various clinical and laboratory matrices, offering high efficiency, reliability, and versatility for molecular diagnostic workflows.
Based on silica column technology with affinity for nucleic acids under high salt concentration conditions, the kit enables the selective isolation of viral genetic material with high yield and purity.
