The Extracta® Kit – Viral DNA and RNA FAST (MVXA FAST) was developed to optimize turnaround time in critical molecular diagnostics, enabling the extraction and purification of viral DNA and RNA from a variety of biological matrices. It is the ideal solution for detecting pathogens such as Zika, Dengue, Chikungunya, HIV, Influenza, and SARS-CoV-2, ensuring high sensitivity and speed in the laboratory workflow.
Based on magnetic bead technology and the principle of solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI), the kit enables the selective isolation of viral DNA and RNA with speed, high yield, and excellent reproducibility. With an optimized protocol of just 29 minutes (which may vary depending on the equipment), it ensures high-purity samples, free of inhibitors and ready for immediate use in qPCR, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and other molecular biology assays.
