The Extracta® Kit – FFPE DNA (MFFD) was developed for the automated extraction and purification of FFPE DNA from a variety of clinical and laboratory samples, enabling seamless integration with laboratory workflows, standardization of processes, and significant productivity gains.
Based on magnetic bead technology and the principle of solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI), the kit enables the selective isolation of DNA from FFPE tissue with speed, high yield, and excellent reproducibility. With a protocol lasting just 30 minutes (which may vary depending on the equipment), it ensures pure, inhibitor-free samples that are ready for applications such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and other molecular biology analyses.
