The DS-5000 is a densitometer designed for scanning dry or wet samples stained with colorimetric substances and colony plates.
It is ideal for acquiring images of gels stained with silver nitrate or Coomassie blue, as well as autoradiographs, membranes stained with ponceau red, colorimetric membranes and blots, among other laboratory applications.
