The Amplio MasterMix RT-qPCR 4x MDx Fast was developed for RT-qPCR applications based on fluorescent probes, offering high sensitivity, specificity, and speed for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) molecular assays.
Designed for the simultaneous detection of up to five RNA or DNA targets in one-step reactions, the reagent enables accelerated protocols in fast and ultrafast modes, with results in as little as 60 minutes.
Its highly concentrated 4x formulation combines all necessary components in a single tube, including genetically modified M-MLV reverse transcriptase, thermolabile antibody-inhibited hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, RNase inhibitor, dNTPs, reaction buffer, Mg²⁺, and stabilizers. The UDG/UNG system with dUTP prevents amplicon contamination, increasing the reliability of results.
The reverse transcriptase exhibits greater thermostability and reduced RNase H activity, ensuring efficient cDNA synthesis. The kit includes ROX dye supplied separately, allowing compatibility with different platforms.
