The Amplio MasterMix qPCR 2x MDx was developed for qPCR applications based on fluorescent probes, offering high sensitivity, specificity, and robustness for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) molecular assays, including multiplex reactions with up to 12 targets.
Its 2X formulation combines all essential components in a single tube, including hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, Mg²⁺, and stabilizers, providing convenience and standardization in reaction preparation.
The integrated Uracil-DNA-glycosylase (UDG/UNG) and dUTP system allows for the elimination of contaminating amplicons, significantly increasing the reliability of results. In addition, the chemically modified hot-start enzyme reduces nonspecific amplification, ensuring high precision.
The kit includes ROX dye supplied separately, allowing for adjustment according to the equipment’s requirements.
