The Amplio MasterMix qPCR 2x MDx UltraFast was developed for qPCR applications based on fluorescent probes, offering high sensitivity, specificity, and speed for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) molecular assays.
Designed for efficient multiplexing of up to five DNA or cDNA targets, the reagent enables accelerated protocols with reduced amplification times, operating in standard, fast, or ultrafast modes, with results in as little as 50 minutes.
Its 2x formulation contains all necessary components in a single tube, including thermolabile antibody-inhibited (Ab+Taq) hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, Mg²+, and stabilizers. The integrated UDG/UNG system with dUTP enables effective control of amplicon contamination, ensuring greater reliability of results.
The kit includes ROX dye supplied separately, allowing for adjustment according to equipment compatibility.
